Have a few announcements that I wanna make here (some of which I should’ve done months/ a year ago).

1. I got the scholarship!

If you read my posts, you might know that I was trying so hard to get a scholarship to study in Japan, and the good news is that I finally got it! 

I got a year to go into a Japanese Language school to improve my Japanese language there, and another 2 years to go into a Specialized Training School (専門学校) for animation major, so, in other words I have 3 years to study here for free! I got the college tuition paid by government, and they send me around $1200 (I think. It’s ￥120.000) every month until I graduate. And after graduating from the 専門学校, I can continue my study to university if I wanted, by taking some tests and having good scores & attendance, and if I passed, I could get the scholarship prolonged for another 2 years.

If you’re interested in knowing about the scholarship & want to study in Japan, you can try searching “Monbukagakusho Scholarship” on Google. I must say, it’s the best scholarship program that you could find for any degree, from Specialized Training College, Undergraduate, to Research Student course. 

2. Gonna post some of my drawings soon!

I’m in my first year of the Specialized Training College now for the animation major (in other words, it’s my 2nd year here in Japan). 
Some of the classes are pretty fun so far. We get to learn 3DCG & basic 3D modelling, which is really cool. 

BUT, 
Of course, for the animation major, we got to learn how to do basic animation too, but the teacher for that kinda sucks and only gave us order to draw a walking/ running animation movement without really explaining things, so it’s pretty much the same as if you’re learning by yourselves (which is really sucks, because there just isn’t any point of joining that 3 hours class every week if we could just do it by our own at home. and the teacher being a douchebag doesn’t help at all OTL).

We got alot of homework too (actually, 70% of the homeworks are from the same fudging class), so I did quite alot of drawings these 5 months, and I’m gonna post some of them here soon!

3. Going to start doing commission soon!

Have been doing part-time job all these times, but since the school is going to get busier from now on, I quit my current job and thinking about opening a commission soon. 

One of the reasons of me quitting the job is that, my current job doesn’t help me to improve my drawing skill at all, so I’m thinking about doing a job that could help me getting better at drawing too. 
Of course, for now I’m only considering this commission as a side-job (?), so the commission will only be available when I feel like I have the time to do it. But even so, I’ll try to open the commission as much as I can, since it’s also a good way to prepare me from doing the illustrator/ CG Artists job that I want to do in the future. And for that, I’ll do my best for every commission that you guys give me.

I’ll post the details about the commission on my deviantART & tumblr page once everything is settled up. 

I know that it’s so sudden to say that I wanna do a commission after a long time hiatus, but I really hope that there are still some people who are interested in my drawings.
