R.I.P. Neji Hyuuga.
He's one of my fav. characters in Naruto, and will always be. I'm really dissapointed that he has to die, but then, he died a heroical death, and I'm feeling better if that's what he has decided. He died with a smile afterall.

Anyway, the title refers to Hyuuga's clan system (Souke and Bunke). And as we know, Bunke has a seal on their forehead as a symbol that they have to serve Souke for the rest of their life. The seal itself symbolized a bird in its cage, and I think this is the right theme for this fanart. The seal on Neji's forehead has gone and above him is a bird flying freely on the sky, like a bird who's freed from its cage.

One thing that I'm being grateful about his death is that he's finally free from his duty to protect the souke.

I'm not going to blame anyone about his death, and not even Masashi Kishimoto himself (this is a war afterall, so no wonder if any of the characters here are died).

Sorry about my rambling, btw xD; I'm just still feeling quite sad about his death. I'll just wish something really good is happening in the end

Anyway, I decided to make 4 fanarts for christmas before (Naruto, Fairy Tail, One Piece, and Bleach), but then, seems like I can't make them in time, beside, I think it'd be better if I practice on body proportion first. Maybe I'll make one of them (and I hope I can turned it out into a gif fanart).
